Note
- To be entitled to discounted rate of Early-Bird registration, payment must be completed before 23:59:59 (GMT+8) September 30, 2022, otherwise the registration fee would increase into Regular Registration Fee.
- All Payments must be made in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$). The exchange rate for the conversion of the amount is tentatively set at 30 Taiwan dollars equivalent to 1 US dollar, and will be adjusted according to the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
- Registration is only valid upon receipt of the FULL payment.
- For Overseas Group Registration (10 to 19 people are limited), please contact the Conference Secretariat to obtain the Group Promotion Code, which can waive 50% of the registration fee (registration fee only). If the number of applicants does not meet the standard, the difference of the registration fee will be charged.
- Considering the implementation and enforcement of border control measures among nations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is suggested that foreign nationals join the congress in online meeting. When Taiwan allows foreign nationals to visit for attend the congress you may change the participation type (from online meeting to physical meeting). However, please note that entry into Taiwan may require a 14-day quarantine (it might be changed according to the policy at the time).
If you would like to change the participation type (from online meeting to physical meeting which will also provide the online meeting permission), you must first complete your registration payment. Please log in to the Online Registration System before 23:59:59 (GMT+8), September 30, 2022 to modify your information (only for once). However, if you initially selected the physical meeting, switching to online meeting is prohibited. - The organizer reserves the right to revise, change, explain and cancel the event. Please note that any relevant changes will be announced on Official Website without prior notice.

- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (reg.apocb2022@elitepco.com.tw)
- All refunds will be made after the meeting and the bank service charges will be deducted from the refund.
